Margrete is an Engineer turned Researcher with a decade’s experience at Microsoft. Based in Grimstad, she is currently leading a global Research and Content Design working on Microsoft 365. Margrete was a co-founder of the LGBTQIA+ employee resource group in Norway and has since been a strong voice for diversity and inclusion.
Through her experiences and work she has become deeply passionate about how to bring more inclusion, fairness, and accountability to technologies created.
